Disney Corp. Case study analysis Exercise: A. Identify the critical success factors (what Disney did or considered) that influence the great success that Disney Corp. manage in Hong-Kong? B. If Disney planning to launch in the middle-east what will be the destination & why? and what are the main cultural factors that need to consider in order to avoid any cultural clashes with the local culture?
