The activities include estimating the expected usage of supplies, parts and labor, retrieving the details of the customer's insurance plan, sending the quote to the customer, checking if the required parts are in stock, scheduling an appointment with the customer, ordering the required parts, waiting for an order confirmation, contacting an external garage, booking a service bay and a mechanic, sending the confirmation to the ordering department, and sending the confirmation to the customer. The gateways included are an XOR gateway to check if the customer's vehicle is insured, and an OR gateway to check if the required parts are in stock. The events included are the customer's acceptance or rejection of the quote, and the order department sending a cancellation notice if the customer does not pay in time.
