1. We need to embrace technology and overcome the reluctance to become comfortable with it.
2. Salespeople should embrace technology so we dont become obsolete, and because these tools can make us more efficient.
3. These tools help us become more organized and save time, allowing salespeople to be more consistent in our interactions with others.
4. Be conscious of using artificial intelligence carefully so that we can still engage in meaningful relationships with prospects.

In todays world the advancement of technology has impacted many people including the salesperson and the consumer. In many ways technology has changed the way sales reps and consumers conduct business. Consumers are informed about companies and the products because of the internet. Google has given the consumer the information they seek. This means the salesperson must become an expert on the product and services they sale. Another way technology has impacted sales is the way we communicate. With cell phones, text messages and email the sales person and consumer can easily and quickly communicate with each other. I personally find it helpful to reach out to my customers when setting up appointments. Also without technology we would not be able to perform the actual sale. I use many different software systems to do my job CRM to take payments, set up internet and cable services, make changes on customers account. Agent OS when Im selling new mobile accounts to customers or Zendesk to order customers phone and services online. Although I might come across technical errors once in awhile I do feel that technology has improved my experience in relation to conducting business with my customers. My opinion is technology has come along way and has impacted the business world for the better.
