Each player has a unique ID, a name, a position (such as forward or goalkeeper), and a skill level. A game is played between two teams (referred to as host team and guest team) and has a date and a score (such as 3 to 2). Two teams can play with each other multiple times, and on different dates. A team might play more than once in one day. Each player might have a set of injury records. Each injury record has a unique ID and a description. For each injury of a player, a the game that the injury is occurred must be recorded. Thus, each injury must be occurred during a game and must be associated with a player.
