The Starbucks franchise at Rutgers University in Camden is considering how to implement Lean Systems philosophies and practices for its operations. select two elements of lean systems. For each, match it with some operational aspect of a Starbucks operation (e.g. food preparation, checkout lines, drive through, online ordering, inventory, etc) and describe how it might be implemented by Starbucks at Rutgers in Camden (or any location you prefer!), e.g. what it would look like, what would be the value, etc. Get creative. Feel free to make assumptions. While you may not be an expert in Starbucks operations, I'm hoping it is safe to assume you are familiar enough, at least superficially, to offer some assumptions about their operations. If you hit a wall with knowledge or assumptions, then feel free to describe another type of operational environment.
