Please post about one organization that you believe could be more successful than it is now. What are the problems that the organization has? Feel free to build on some ideas that we've covered in this class. However, you may also wish to apply concepts that you've learned in other classes (e.g. MGT 300, MGT 303, MKT 301, etc.) Try to focus on one 'root cause' problem & propose some type of solution.

If necessary, you may protect the identity of the organization by writing something like this: "I know of one restaurant...." or "One business that I am familiar with...." or "I'm aware of one organization...." etc.
