please post all formulas and excell sheet if
Companies A, B, and C supply components to three plants (F, G, and H) via two crossdocking facilities (D and E). It costs $4 per unit to ship from Dregardless of destination and $3 per unit to ship to E regardless of the supplier. Shipping to D from A, B, and C costs S3, S4, and $5 per unit, respectively, and shipping from E to F, G, and H costs $10, S9, and S8 per unit, respectively. Suppliers A, B, and C can provide 200, 300 and 500 units respectively and plants F, G, and H need 350, 450, and 200 units respectively. Crossdock facilities D and E can handle 600 and 700 units, respectively, a) Sketch the network for this problem and label all nodes and arrows with the appropriate information including cost, capacity and demand. b) Formulate a linear mathematical model to solve this problem. Clearly define your decision variables, objective function and constraints. c) Implement your formulation in Excel and use Solver to find the optimal solution. Provide answers for the optimal amounts and the corresponding objective function value. Provide an organized screen shot of your solution. d) Suppose that the demand at G goes down to 250 and there is no space to store components at the companies A, B, and C (1.e., all production must be shipped). However, there is available space at the crossdocks up to their respective capacities at a cost of $0.5 per unit stored. Provide a new formulation that reflects this new situation e) Make the changes to your model in part(e) in a separate Excel sheet and resolve the model. Provide an organized screen shot of your new solution
