Amazon leadership truly believes that their commitment and investment to becoming a more sustainable organization is good for not just the company but for the planet, their business, their customers, and all the communities that they provide services to. Amazon is currently working on things like using large wind farms and electric vehicles in order to reduce their carbon footprint. It is important for a giant organization like Amazon to share both their commitment an investment into becoming a more sustainable business in order to lead the way for other companies to make similar changes and set goals that will in return increase the longevity of smaller companies. Amazon's leadership strategies reflect the idea of collaboration by making strategic partnerships that can help reduce their impact on our global community and in return benefits everyone around. Amazons greatest believes in values revolve around their obsession with their customers. They believe that all leaders should start with the customer and work backwards in order to earn and keep their customers trust. Being focused on their customers is easily tide back to their commitment I'm becoming much more sustainable. By investing in sustainability, they are also investing in creating a better tomorrow for all of the customers and the world they live in.
