Peter Mayhew had recently been appointed as the Director of Logistics at LLamaFresh, one of the leading grocery chains in the US. Over the last few years, cost and investment in transportation has garnered a lot of interest from the management at LLamaFresh. Peter's first task at the job was to improve this part of the business. Peter spent the first few weeks at LLamaFresh asking questions and observing how processes worked.
