1b)Create a query that will extend the length of student last names so that it can store up to 20 additional characters and force a last name to be entered in for new records. (If the NOT NULL after last_name in students table already takes care of forcing the last name of students, please confirm that)

1c)Insert 3 records in each table in correct order.
