Please provide the complete ladder logic program on logix pro. Your program should include the following functions:

1. Start and Stop of the process.
2. Up/down counters to keep track of vehicles entering or exiting the parking garage.
3. Green light on, if the number of vehicles in garage is less than or equal to 22.
4. Flashing yellow light on, if the number of vehicles in the garage is either 23 or 24.
5. Red light on, if the number of vehicles in garage is 25.
6. The number in up-counter accumulator should not go above 25.
7. The number in down-counter accumulator should not go below zero.

At start of the process, all counters must be automatically reset.
