Conduct a Define Phase analysis of the Certification System project based on your review of the provided Project Charter, standards materials, assigned readings, and any additional research materials you access to learn more about professional certification programs. Your submitted deliverable must include a SIPOC and High-Level PMAP. You should also include any other tools or techniques that your research has determined to be appropriate to meeting Define Phase goals. Your score will depend most heavily on the apparent completeness and integration of the SIPOC and PMAP, and their apparent ability to represent the needs depicted in the Project Charter.
