*Please read all parts. For a project management class i'm required to do a project proposal. The project proposal idea that i had was for a Walmart in my area that the schedule for 340 employees is made by and only by the store manager. No one else helps her, which causes the schedules to have many errors. Employees can go weeks without getting scheduled. Part time employees can have low hours. Some employees get scheduled on their nonavaliable days. A lot of times the schedule doesnt have enough employees to cover departments or registers and so on. Employees complain and quit all the time.

The idea that i was proposing was a set of assistant managers come together as a group to make the schedules.They'll come together as a group once a week for sixty minutes to create a week worth's a schedule. Each manager will be assigned a department to do the schedules for. Below is what I'm needing help with for this project. At least three paragraphs so i can have an idea on what to do. I won't copyright your work but an idea of what to do with this section below is what i need.
