In my Project Management class we are required to write a 25 page project proposal paper for any business of our choosing. I don't have any idea on what to pick. I need suggestions on what kind of operational thing a business can invest in. Something good enough that I can get 25 pages over it. Ill need something that will cover all of these questions below. The chart below will probably explain what I need better then what I could.
| Rubric for the Project Proposal | Point Allocation |
| Problem statement is clearly explained (What are the goals/objectives and what are the benefits of your project?) | 25 |
| Strategies to meet the goals are identified (How will you accomplish the project?) | 25 |
| Project results are clearly described (What do the project management promise to deliver?) | 25 |
| Target group is defined (Who are the direct project beneficiaries?) | 20 |
| Activity plan (schedule) is included (simple table with columns or Gantt Chart) | 25 |
| Resource plan (cost information for budgeting) is included | 25 |
| Budget (income and expenditures) is estimated | 20 |
| Monitoring and evaluation is planned (How and when will the project management team monitor and evaluate the project's progress?) | 20 |
| Project personnel and their roles, communication plan between them are identified | 20 |
| Length of the proposal is at least 25 pages (only the content will be counted towards 25 pages, i.e. charts and graphs between the contents will not be counted towards 25 pages)
*25 pages should not include annexes, title, and abstract.
| 20 |
| Total | 225 |
