As head of franchise operations, you are concerned with the continued low sales volume. The store manager wants you to diagnose the problem and recommend possible reasons for the low sale volumes. Application of Theory: Use the MARS model of individual behaviour and performance to provide four (4) possible reasons why employees at the Richmond branch might be performing below average. Provide one (1) example for each element of the MARS model. 2. Jack and Sam are neighbours who work as Hotel Managers in different hotels in the hospitality industry. During one neighbourly discussion, Jack learned that Sam's salary was nearly 15% higher than his, even though their job duties were similar.
