The steps that I am going to take to promote CSR initiatives are to have all types of diversity in my company. Having different backgrounds with different opinions, cultures, way of thinking is very beneficial in a company. In my Amazon-Fitness gym idea everyone will be equal, If you will be part of it, I want you to feel and be as comfortable as possible.

The way we plan to attract, develop, engage and reward our project team is by offering them a great work/life balance. Work life balance is truly important for the employer and employee, I want to be able to have happy employees in my company, I want to meet their needs so they can meet Amazon-Fitness goals. I want to make sure that all our employees feel heard and that their opinions matter, because they truly should matter. Everything is about balance and in Amazon-Fitness we will try our best to have everyone happy and we spect the same back from our employees to accomplish the work given. We will provide bonuses, pay increase as they achieve new goals.
