Please take care of this matter immediately!" Additional information: The customer's checking account was drafted $690.84 instead of $69.84. This caused overdrafts in her checking account. The caller was refunded the $612 after three weeks, but she was charged $250 for the overdrafts. The caller was credited $129 to her mobility account for the overdrafts. The customer stated that a credit was not acceptable, as she needed the cash.
