As explained by Schein, it could be like price leadership, which is guaranteeing consumers the lowest or best bang for the buck price. There are many different mantras per company.

Organizations establish or set values in the mind of their employees by following how to define culture in general. This would involve; Observing behavioral regularities when people interact, Climate, Formal rituals and celebrations, Espoused values, Formal philosophy, Group norms, Rules of the game, Identity and image of self, embedded skills, habits of thinking, mental models, shared meanings and integrating symbols. Observing behavioral regularities would be simple things such as seeing how people respond to simple tasks such as acknowledging employees or colleagues and positively greeting them. Our espoused values being those we are known for as an organization. Our formal philosophy stems from an ideology of principle in which a group acts on behalf. Group norms establish the guides in working collaboratively. Rules for the game are the unwritten mutual understandings one comes with one another.
