Please read the case study titled "UC OKs Paying Surgeon $10 million in Whistleblower Retaliation Case" in the Case Studies folder under the Assignments tab and complete the following writing activities:

1. Was the whistleblower disloyal, or was his whistleblowing justified? (Pick a side!) Search the internet for a meme, article, or other creative artifact that expresses your point of view, include the meme in your write-up and say a few words about why you chose it, as well as why you find the whistleblower's actions justified or not.

2. List all the duties and responsibilities that you can identify in the case and to which you think lead the whistleblower to his decision. To whom are these duties and responsibilities owed? On what grounds are they defended? Is there a hierarchy of duties?
