Please read the following project scenario and create the set of Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria of this project. Before starting, please be acquainted with the concepts outlined in the Agile Scrum Crash Course book.

Please recall that a Feature is a high$-$level deliverable or capability. For example, a valid Feature for a project related to opening a new restaurant might be Ordering Online. Under the Feature Order Online there would be the user stories, the work necessary to conduct and complete Ordering Online $-$ example of a user story might be Webpage Carries Order Capability. And within Webpage Carries Order Capability user story there would be the acceptance criteria for that; one criterion might be Order Online Button is Prominent. Remember that the acceptance criteria is what the customer is looking for and, when they are all done, is considered the definition of done.

Please consider the project scenario at the bottom and create $5$ sets of Features, with $2$ user stories to support, and at least $2$ Acceptance Criteria for each user story. Your format will look like this $($I filled it in with the restaurant example to help$)$:

Project Scenario $$

The Corporation has decided to hire and pay a consulting company to come in and review the processes and tools of their staffing department. Currently the staffing department is overwhelmed with $9000$ open positions to fill $($yet staffed for only $5000)$ and management believes that if their processes and tools could be improved or made more efficient, the high volume could become more manageable for the staffing department.

The consulting company is expected to conduct a $2-$week current state assessment to understand the gaps and identify opportunities. They will need all$-$hands$-$on$-$deck at the Corporation to get all of the background information on the processes and tools, as well as what is currently going on today $$ how the business is being managed. They will conduct stakeholder and subject matter expert interviews in tandem with other data gathering methods, identify pain points, and validate the operating model and technology.

Once this assessment is completed, the consulting company will spend $2$ weeks and return with solution identification and recommendations $$ identified process optimization and standardization areas $$ provide recommendations on process and technology gaps, and create a shortlist of vendors that might help with the identified opportunities.

In the final $2$ weeks, the Corporation will prioritize the opportunities and create a high$-$level roadmap. In partnership with the consulting company, the Corporation will validate and prioritize opportunities taking into consideration their complexity, impact, and time, and deliver a roadmap for deployment and implementation of any solutions.

At the conclusion of the $6-$week project, it will be decided if the consulting company will be engaged with any deployment or implementation of the proposed process and tool solutions.
