It is time for annual reviews, and you, as the manager, have made it clear that not only could there be bonuses for work well done, but that there is a new assistant manager position that is being created to expand the work into new areas. It is essential that the foundation find new donors for a capital building project, and to manage new initiatives associated with increased programming for bio-sciences and environmental studies- sustainability. The position would include managing these two new areas of giving, including creating donor lists for each, identifying new giving options by working with individual departments, connecting with existing companies in the community for possible support, and supervising one staff person who will handle scheduling and travel arrangements for you as well as follow up communications.
