Please read the scenario below.

Jane is a Division Supervisor for her company which offers a great benefits program. The company is a marketing company which develops marketing strategies for businesses. She has been a great employee until recently. She lost her father three months ago and just 4 months prior to that her mother passed away from cancer. Jane is struggling with estate planning issues of her parents and some heavy financial obligations she inherited from them. None of her siblings are helping in the process. Jane is experiencing work challenges and her performance has fallen significantly. She missed a critical deadline on a very important marketing report which caused the company to lose an opportunity to acquire lucrative radio and television marketing spots. She also missed some key deadlines in preparing another report to acquire a new high end client. She became so frustrated when the company lost the potential client that she called her secretary in to her office and complained that her boss was being too hard on her. The secretary told her that she understood the boss's position as these were important projects. Jane became very upset with the Secretary's comments. She (Jane) turned red, pounded her fist on the table and yelled profanities at the Secretary which could be heard by others in the office. She then told the secretary to get the #@$# out of the office and not come back for two days. You are suspended for 2 days without pay Jane yelled as the secretary left the office. Jane then went to her boss to complain about her secretary.

Jane is apparently suffering from some serious work/life balance matters that are impacting her performance and she may need some coping assistance. What should the manager focus on? Answer the following question and the following two questions related to this scenario.
