Please read the three articles (two McKinsey articles and HBR article on WFA) on the topic of future of work and also watch the video podcast of Indra Nooyi, former CEO of Pepsico, on the topic of future of work and the new normal. After having reviewed the assigned material, reflect back on what you understood about how workplace as we know it is going to change and evolve in this post-pandemic world. When reflecting back, make sure to discuss (a) what are the factors impacting this shift and (b) what are the implications of this shift for the employees, employers, and HR professionals. What might need to be done (think best practices) to make sure that both the goals and needs of employees and organizations are met. Make sure to elaborate and critically analyze, rather than simply summarizing the information.
