The identification of the key features of the external environment and their impact on the organisation. An analysis of the internal organisations responses to these factors. An appraisal of the strategic solutions that the organisation could use. A critical evaluation of the organisations strategy.

Key issues:

Aim to produce a report which does not exceed 4000 words. Thus, you must clearly identify key issues and not present a list of all matters irrespective of importance.If you need to use appendices (which do not count in the word limit), make sure they are referenced from the main body of the report and relevant in their entirety.
