The first HRD core beliefs would have to be the one that is closest to my beliefs. The fact that organizations rely on human expertise to establish and achieve their goals, is something that every company sees within individuals and training. Each individual is a resource from which everyone can learn from. Therefore, allowing an organization to reach its goals during this training and development process unleashed by human expertise. I also believe with the statement that organizations are changeable and vulnerable. Organizations are made up of people, just like people are constantly changing, so do trends in an organization or industry. With this change, comes points of vulnerability that we all encounter individually and as a team to constantly improve. HRD is connected to the fate of any organization because it is a process that develops with human expertise. When done correctly, it can improve an organization or its threats can cause it to fail.
