Well, morals is described or seen as whats is right or wrong from a personal perspective, while ethics is what describes a person's behavior or conduct in terms of obligations. North Country is a film that I would describe as a very realistic one since it shows a very hard truth of things that still happens now a days. Many women before and even now still face discrimination on what they are able to do and what they are not able to do. I would say one ethical breach by the company is the fact that they would not be responsible for any of this ethical problems happening with the women working for the company. Every company should have strong managers that enforces the laws how they are supposed to be follow. Companies must have a Human Resources department who assigns several kind of employtes to be on top of this issues. No one cared in this film about providing women with security or safety. Even when Josey went ahead to try to look for help she didn't get any since upper management literally ignored her On the other hand one moral breach is the discrimination happening within this mine, which unfortunately led to sexual harassment against women. would classify sexual harassment like a very serious problem since it could take women to be traumatized, depressed, and even kill themselves. This movies shows too many episodes that are really disturbing against female workers and no one would ever want to go through this. The worst part 1 would say is that they have to continue to work under this circumstances because they have no other options, A Suggested remedy that would protect the company from liability would be to implement better security and safety protocols as I already mentioned before. Every employee should be aware of what is right and what is wrong and the consequences it could have
