The reason for change management is important for an organization is to keep the companies' workers moving the corporation forward making sure that there is satisfaction, productivity, and willing to promote within the company. If the changing of managers didn't happen the satisfaction of the job will start to dwindle as well as retention will start to suffer. People will start to just be present and production will start to fall, as well as there would be no one staying in the company to try and be promoted. If a manager can show change management themselves, it would let workers see the other side their leadership. Some managers can become mentors, nurtures, interpreter, etc.... This would bring wonderment to workers who aspires to become a leader. They could use change management in their career on others from the experience they received. Putting all this together, having change management would greatly help an organization succeed in the present as well as the future. Seeing that it can be used at anytime there shouldn't be any reason why companies aren't implementing it.
