Importance

The importance of letting the paper cool down before proofreading is that we will get a great writing. Proofreading is the last step, where you put everything in the correct spot. Since this is the last step, is when you go back to read and decide what you have to change. When I say change, I mean that you can switch words and or sentences for others with better significance.

Familiarity

Proofreading is an important part of your writing. It shows that you are writing with confidence and we can be able to prove all that you know about the topic you might be talking about. It will give pleasure to all the readers, and they won't get bored at all. When you understand your writing, you will have more ideas in your mind, and they will be clear and you will have the necessary focus. We will always maintain predominant explanations.

Readers

Always we should someone else to read our work; we will have better thoughts about our writing and or any error that we wont be able to find out. This writing doesn't have to be perfect, but an important criterion is to be understandable. When we have more people as readers it will give us the support and effectiveness to the content and the understanding when we have any mistakes and where to find them.

Consistence

The consistency of our writing will get the credibility of it. When we are correcting the mistakes that we might or can have, doesn't mean we are editing. Proofreading and editing are not the same. When we are correcting the mistakes in our writing we want to make sure that we know what we are doing and writing to let others have the correct information. Consistency is when we explain the necessary information with logic and or fairness. Everyone wants consistency, whether it regards the running of a business (Mackay, 2016).

Feedback

Sometimes we are waiting for that feedback in order to know if we got it right or wrong. To know what we can add or change. There is a lot of feedback because they are different people and they can be strict in their thoughts, and they might not like our thoughts or they might love it. We always take suggestions to go in the right path and have an organization.
