Briefly describe your current role and what are some of your main responsibilities."Since I$\text{'}$m working as a consultant, I've got a couple of projects right now one is the recruitment one for clients that I$\text{'}$m doing a lot of recruiting for as well as developing their recruitment strategy another company that I$\text{'}$m working with right now is their employee handbook as well as creating a lot of standard operating procedures whether that be legal absences and benefits, or work permits and immigration as well as vacation policy." Do you see your role as more of a specialist or generalist?"I wanted myself more as a generalist I haven't yet chosen the kind of the faculty of HR that I want to specialize in I just feel there's so much more to learn." What is your organization's human resource philosophy?"Our organization's philosophy is just treating people well, doing what you can to help them and to the end of the cheapest way possible."
