JMS will be established in Kabul with operations in all 34 provinces of Afghanistan. JMS provides immediate and high quality solutions to businesses for their financial planning and management, organizational assessment and development, and policy analysis and development. They target all types of organizationspublic, private and NGOs. JMS has 54 managerial and operative staff. After one year of operations, the company has not hit its breakeven point. John travels to Kabul and calls for a team meeting. Most of the staff complain that there is no management in MS, the organization does not look like an organization and managers are not competent. John, through some connections, finds out that you are an MBA graduate Afghanistans best university, Kardan; and you know how to manage a organization. He contacts you, interviews you and hires you for $5000/month. John asks you to fix the problems and have the company well-operationalized in the next 6 months. He trusts you with your abilities and dignity and delegates you all the authorities to make decisions.
