Throughout this course I have learned a lot, ranging from communication, leadership skills, promotions, compensation, job satisfaction, just to name a few. Overall these topics play a major factor and role when discussion the organizational behavior of an organization and the management process. Identifying what is right and what is wrong, deciding when to implement something and when to implement another. An impact that will increase globalization on an organizational behavior of a company is the idea of motivation in the workplace. This is a topic that must be dealt with and identified as a problem as it can result in low revenue, profit, productivity, etc. in a company. Promoting motivation will help deal with these problems that will arise. Applying my knowledge from this course to my everyday life/ workplace will be beneficial to both me and the company. Identifying key characteristic's of management and organizational behavior.

Key points/learning's that have changed/reshaped your previous thoughts and ideas on Management & Organizational Behavior.

One of the key points that I was able to learn that changed the way I process Management & Organizational Behavior is understanding the steps it takes to fix a problem within a workplace. By understanding the detailed and structured steps required to effectively identify, analyze, and resolve problems within a workplace, you can locate problems and find solutions that most who work at the company cannot. This sometimes comes from a closed mindset that you just show up for work and it is what it is, but from the outside you are able to see if it is an employee issue, manager issue, system issue, or something else that is not allowing that department to live up to their potential. In this course, I was able to learn more about recognizing root causes of issues, developing strategic solutions, implementing changes, and continuously monitoring and adjusting the strategies to ensure long-term success and improvement which has allowed me to be more open to diagnosing problems and carrying out solutions for both short- and long-term success.

What impact will increasing globalization have on Organizational Behavior in the U.S.?

The impact that will come from increasing globalization on Organizational Behavior in the U.S will allow companies to have more Diverse Workforces and allow companies to be more adaptable and flexible with their systematic processes. Organizations will have more culturally diverse teams, which can enhance creativity and innovation but also present challenges in communication, management, and integration. Understanding and managing cultural differences will become critical. This can be beneficial for both professional and personal outlooks in the workplace as people will become more comfortable with the way their company goes about recruiting and training employees from diverse backgrounds. Also, adaptability and flexibility will be another asset for the workforce in the U.S will be increasing globalization. Organizations will need to be more adaptable and flexible to respond to the rapidly changing global market conditions. This includes being able to adjust strategies, embrace new technologies, and innovate continuously.

How will you apply this knowledge and your own new ideas to work /life.

I will apply this knowledge to my own life both personally and professionally, as I have become more open to the various management methods that I learned throughout the course. In my daily life, I'll apply these techniques to sharpen my time management abilities, become more organized, and settle disputes in a more methodical and analytical manner. In my professional life, I will apply these management strategies to improve teamwork, simplify procedures, and take the lead on projects with more confidence and effectiveness. I will be able to make better decisions, adjust to various circumstances, and help to create a more pleasant and productive environment in both areas of my life if I am open to varied management approaches.
