Three months later, Employee B sues McBurger, Inc. in a New Jersey trial court and Employee Bs contract includes the same arbitration agreement. McBurger, Inc.s lawyer argues that the case must go to arbitration based on the McBurger employment contract. How do you think the New Jersey trial court will resolve the arbitration issue? Why?
