Hello Professor and Classmates, Project management is a process which is use as a disiplinary way to control resources to achieve certain goals, motivate, organize, and plan (Heizer, Munson, Render, 2020). This is use to help meet certain tasks at hand as best as possible without loosing track of the main objective. In this case a project at any given time is temporary and it does come with the constrain of time. It is easily understandable how time is one of the biggest factors why corporations in todays world why they struggle. Another issue faced is quality with products or tasks, which is carried on by time in this case. They both work together and have to be thought upon before starting on tasks, goals, and objectives. Have you classmates ever seen project management process at current jobs?
