When it comes to diversity, we must keep in mind the different things in which it can range from. This includes varieties like cultural, race, religious, age, disability and even sex, gender, a sexual orientation. Some people divide diversity into a group of four categories which include internal, external, world view and organizational, but it still brings us back to cultural events, politics, history knowledge, job function, and even seniority. Our family status, national origin and experiences in life can reflect a lot on diversity.

This brings me to team and team diversity because it impacts some positively and others negatively. An example is a work environment diversity because the factor the work presentation. An organization need this whether it may be small or large. This can vary from job function, management status, work location, department, union affiliation or sonority. The physical and ability and capacity of one's disabilities play a huge role because it determines the function control for some to get things done in the workplace. One's mobility aspect of stamina and dexterity can be affected, which shows each individual need and understanding. Everyone has a different ability to do things so we must pay attention to risk factors and the different kinds of people in varies different situations.

Also, diversity teams create gender, sexual orientation, race, and ethnicity which fall under the internal issues and problems. We say we can change things about ourselves but, we are whoever we are at birth. We cannot control our contents of diversity as a team regardless of our relation. The characteristics we grow up with are a part of us, but they do not define who we are as a person. We half to influence and control our behaviors associated to help change and develop a positive approach to situations outside of our external means. Society has a way of labeling us, but we must share our physical and social qualities to understand and discipline right from wrong. In closing appearance and our expressions in life should not define the issue of diversity, but express more understanding of differences, regardless of our expressions and preferences.
