Please be careful that you cover the requirements correctly. If you fail to write about XYZ Manufacturing in this milestone, you will receive $$NOT EVIDENT$$ or zero points. Your milestone three should have these sections, preferably with similar headers to help you organize your paper:

Sustainability Plan: Technologies and Best Practices $$ In a prior milestone, you discussed your chosen company$$s technologies or best practices that help that company be more sustainable. In this section, you will be using those examples to recommend what XYZ Manufacturing should adopt to help the company be more sustainable. Make sure also to explain how the adoption of changes may hinder XYZ Manufacturing. You will need cited sources for this section, and some of the best ones will be the explanation of what your example company is doing.$$Sustainability Plan: Collaborate with Suppliers $$ In this section, you will leverage what you put in the prior milestone about supplier collaboration to make recommendations for how XYZ should collaborate with suppliers. Make sure you provide specific recommendations and avoid vague suggestions. Your recommendations need to have particular things that XYZ should do differently with suppliers to be more sustainable. You will need cited sources in this section, and it would be best to use examples and explain how XYZ should collaborate like your example company.Sustainability Plan: Assess Efforts with Suppliers $$ In this section, you need to explain why the recommended collaborations with suppliers are ideal for XYZ and how those collaborations should help XYZ reach its sustainability goals. Caution: this is a commonly missed section, keep in mind if you do not provide specific content that assesses your recommendations for collaboration, you will receive a $$Not Evident$$ for this section. You will need cited sources in this section supporting your assessment.Sustainability Plan: Collaborate with Customers

In this section, you will leverage what you should have included in your prior milestones about how your example company effectively collaborates with customers on sustainability. Make sure to have a few specific recommendations of what XYZ can do to collaborate with its customers to be more sustainable. Remember, as a manufacturing company, XYZ will not have consumer customers. Suppose you chose a company that primarily sells to consumers. In that case, you will need to explain how your strategy could apply to more wholesale commercial customers who would be buying directly from a manufacturer. You will need cited sources, especially those related to the examples you chose from your researched company.

Sustainability Plan: Assess Efforts with Customers$$ Similar to the supplier assessment section, in this section, you need to explain why the recommended collaborations with customers are ideal for XYZ and how those collaborations should help XYZ reach its sustainability goals. You will need cited sources in this section supporting your assessment. Caution: this is also a commonly missed section, keep in mind if you do not provide specific content that assesses your recommendations for collaboration, you will receive a $$Not Evident$$ for this section.

Sustainability Plan: Metrics $$ For this section, you will need to recommend specific metrics that XYZ Manufacturing should use to measure its sustainability efforts. It is not sufficient to say something vague like $$XYZ should track recycling.$$ You need a specific metric that measures what you are recommending. XYZ does preferably over a time frame $($i$.$e$.,$ a certain amount of something over a certain amount of time$).$ You also need to explain each metric $($you should have a few$),$ why they are appropriate for XYZ$,$ what data the company will need to use for that metric, and how they should collect it$.$ If you miss any of those requirements, they will receive a lower than $$Proficient$$ rating in this section. Make sure to find some cited support for your recommendations, and that cited support could show how those metrics have helped your example company.
