There are four different zones in a large city Patrol System. Each zone has only one police station, however each station has a different number of patrol cars and they are working at capacity. Patrol cars are similarly efficient in terms of how fast they are resolving an issue once they start working on a call. Each call is served by only one patrol car (single server). Different calls have comparable level of complexity; and each patrol car takes half an hour to serve a call from the time they start working on it. However, the number of calls per hour (arrival rate) are different in each zone as listed in table below. a) What is the minimum number of cars required (is being utilized) in each zone?
