You were given the Term Project to construct a Facility Room for a client and asked to prepare an arrow diagram to indicate links between your own scheduled project.

Constraints:

You are limited with the budget and any crew (for formworks, reinforcements, concreting, walls, etc.) cannot consist of more than 3 members.

Required:

You are asked by the Client to figure out how long the project completion will take! Use the FULL breakdown list of activities you have prepared.

Plan:

To be able to answer:

1. Calculate the required duration for each activity under given constraints. (40%)

2. Find out the total project duration using the Critical Path Method and clearly indicate the path. (50%)

3. Check if floating activities exist and indicate. (10%)

You may use Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel Workbook, or Microsoft Word Processor to prepare your work and submit (both original file and pdf copies).
