2. File handling is an important part of any application. Assume that, you are asked to [CO3, build an application to find the sum of grade in a file. Assume that you have to read Mark: the data of customer.txt, salesman.txt" and print the sum of grade to an output file File2.txt" when the commission of the salesman is greater than 0.12. All of the data in the input file are comma separated. In customer txt you are given the customer id, grade and salesman id of the student. And in the salesman.txt you are given the salesman id, city and commission of sales. Assume that all file data are comma separated.
