full 4 bit adder/subtractor with overflow flag in CEDAR Due 18February 2019 (8:00am) Using the CEDAR logic simulator construct from full adder modules and any other basic logic gates a four bit adder/subtractor. You may NOT use the complete adder module available Your inputs should be four bits for the first operand, four bits for the second operand and a control signal where 0 = add and 1 = subtract. Additional marks are available for showing an overflow flag (led) using the ideas from an earlier assignment. Your presentation should show the circuit and explain how it works. You should also show an image of the circuit adding 001 and 0101 and an image of the circuit subtracting these numbers. A circuit for adding is NOT sufficient, it must also subtract.
