Principal Component and Factor Analysis

Provide a factor analysis of the attached data set with name 'Data for FA 724'. It is a CSV data file that can be imported into SAS. It contains likert scale responses from a survey of employees regarding the leadership behaviors of an employee's supervisor. 1, First use Principal Axis extraction. Based on the total variance explained and the scree plot, how many factors should be retained? Next use Principal Components extraction. Is there any difference between the two extraction methods? 2. Use principal axis extraction and retain 3 factors. How many items load on these initial factors? Use varimax rotation for three factors. Then use Oblimin rotation. Are the results similar? How do they differ? Which approach provides a better view of the leadership style of the supervisor 3. Write up the results as they should appear in a research study.
