Please solve this in the GENERIC form Please solve this in the GENERIC form Problem 2 (10 points) Model

Problem 2 (10 points) Model the following problem statement as a linear program with fully defining any parameters and decision variables that you use. Seven cities are being considered as potential locations for the construction of at most four wastewater treatment plants. After the plants are constructed, they can also consider constructing pipelines from one city to another if possible. The table below provides the data for the situation, where missing data indicate that a pipeline cannot be constructed from a certain city to another. A city is serviced either by having a plant built on it or by being reached by a plant by building a pipeline from the city to the plant. The capacity of a pipeline (in gallons per hour) is a direct function of the amount of wastewater generated. which is a function of the populations. Approximately 500 gallons per 1000 residents are discharged in the sewer system per hour. The maximum plant capacity is 100,000gal/hr. The population of each city and the cost of constructing a plant in each city are also in the table. ormulate a linear programming model to determine the optimal locations and pipes to be builu such that it at minimum cost
