In Scope

The wedding planning process involves an initial consultation with clients to understand their aspirations, inclinations, and financial plan. The process also includes venue selection and booking at the Fairmont Waterfront, vendor coordination for selection, communication, and management, event design and theme creation with decor, florals, lighting, and attire aligned with the "Elegance at the Waterfront" Fairy tale theme, timeline creation and scheduling with vendor and venue coordination, day of coordination and management including setup, vendor coordination, and event supervision, budget management and tracking, post-wedding follow-up with vendor payment and thank-you notes and photography and videography services.

Out of Scope

The following items are outside the scope of our services: coordination of a religious ceremony, a formal rehearsal dinner, pre-wedding activities such as spa services, hair and makeup, bachelor and bachelorette parties, executing personal errands or tasks for the couple or their families, arranging transportation and accommodation, event security except coordination with the venue or hired security staff, and event insurance except coordinating with the client to obtain insurance if required by the venue.
