Please take a moment and note what data you will be collecting daily for your Individual Project. Remember that this should be at least four numeric data items. Collecting additional data, including categorical data, is encouraged so that you have a good data set to work with.

The format of this submission should be the start of the file you intend to collect the data. In addition, provide short definitions for each of your data items. For example "The number of minutes I spend on social media" or "The number of hours, to the nearest quarter hour, I spend on social media."

Note that you should be collecting data with precision that will be useful for analysis. For example, do not round to hours for any of your data. Three weeks of data showing $7$ hours of sleep every night will not be useful unless you actually sleep exactly $7$ hours every night. If minutes are not feasible, use quarter hours.
