Managing teams is difficult work. Period. It is even more difficult when you attempt to manage either internationally and/or virtually. In an environment where firms are working internationally more and more. Given the current circumstances with COVID-19, international teams are more virtual than ever. In fact, all firms, as you know, are more virtual than ever. How can managers maintain employee growth and development when they are not in person? Is this sustainable?
