Over the last week, you have explored the vast world of recruitment and all it entails. Now, it is time to take what you have learned and put it into action. Generate a concept map explaining what you have learned to be the most important factors in recruiting qualified candidates.

Please be sure to address how technological advances have, in some instances, aided in recruitment and, in other ways, impeded the process. Also, be sure to highlight how other factors we have examined thus far in the course (e.g., benefits packages) can play a role in recruiting qualified candidates.
