Instructions for First Response Paper Due no later than: 02/25/2023 at 11:59 PM Objective: For your first response paper, you should thoroughly address the following question: What is 'accountability'? Is accountability important to effective policing? Why or why not? If you were to design a system of police accountability, what would it look like? How and why would your system of accountability be effective?
