Consider one cooperative strategy in which your current/prospective employer (or current entrepreneurial venture) is involved. For this cooperative strategy, (1) identify which major type of strategic alliance it is (i.e., joint venture, equity, or non-equity); (2) discuss at least one reason you think the company engaged in the cooperative strategy (be sure to link to the reasons by market type); and (3) explain which alliance type(s) from the business-level and/or corporate-level perspective is (are) applicable within the context of the cooperative strategy selected.
