1. Congratulations! The company you are consulting for loved your suggestions with regards to their online communication content from last week. Next, they want your teams input on the hiring process. Individually, each team member will locate the careers or employment section of your assigned companys website and make recommendations for the interviewing process. IN a group you will then discuss each other's contributions to plan out an actual interview. Here are the instructions for your next group discussion

2. 'Locate a job description posted to your assigned company's website. Be sure to include it at the beginning of your post.

3. Tailoring to the job description you found, please design 3 potential interview questions for applicants. You may not ask questions that can easily be found on their rsum (i.e. what responsibilities did you have in your previous position? How long did you work for your last company?, etc.) You may also not repeat questions that your peers have already posted, so please read your teammates contributions before posting your own work! Questions must show depth above and beyond rsum-identified information and prompt a meaningful response from the applicant. For each question, please be sure to justify (1) why it is being asked and (2) how it relates to the job description.
4. Complete your post with an explanation of the job interviewing process and a recommendation for the style of interview to hold (be sure to justify your recommendation), using Chapter 16 content as your guide.
