please use ILAC method to answer the question
Doris is an 80-year-old widower. Doris moved to Australia in 2014 to live with her only surviving relative, her sister, who later died in 2017. Doris now lives by herself and leases her home from Bill (the landowner). The lease is for 10 years and started in 2014. Doris is very happy living in this home as it reminds her of her sister and the happy memories they shared together. Since moving to Australia, Doris has often relied on the advice of Bill, who was also a friend of her deceased sister. Since the death of her sister, Doris's reliance upon Bill has increased due to her very limited English skills and lack of education. Doris also has no other friends in Australia and has suffered from severe depression and anxiety after her sister's death. In early January 2019, Bill is offered a large sum of money by a property developer for the purchase of the land that he leases to Doris. However, Bill is aware that the signed lease does not end until 2024. In late January 2019, Bill visits Doris and tells her that due to her age, he thinks she should end the lease early and move into a retirement village. Doris replies that she does not want to move out, as the home reminds her of her sister and reduces her depression. She also says that she does not know the length of the lease due to not understanding the complex language in it. Bill replies that the lease will be ending soon and so she will have to move out anyway. He uses complicated legal terms to explain this, so that Doris does not understand what he is saying. Trusting what Bill has said, Doris decides to sign a written document releasing Bill from the leasing contract with her. Doris then moves into a retirement village. 1 month later, Doris discovers that Bill had not told her the truth and that she had 5 years left on the lease. Doris comes to you seeking advice on whether there are any vitiating factors (Contracts 3) that might make the contract she signed
releasing Bill from the lease, voidable.
