Tim is the owner of a Brisbane restaurant. One day he sees Bob, a young customer at his restaurant, reach into the cash register and grab a handful of notes. Tim calls out "stop" and rushes over to Bob, who tries to escape. Tim works out at the gym regularly and is quite strong. He pulls Bob's arm behind his back, takes the money and drags him out the back of the store. Tim then throws Bob into the storage room, locks the door and yells, "Stay there until the police arrive, or I will get really angry." 10 minutes later the police arrive and Bob is taken away for questioning, It is discovered that he has a dislocated arm. Tim is now wanting to seek advice about any liability that may ensue. Advise him on all possibilities
